Tradescantia Nanouk

This plant has a tragic history. This was the first plant I actually bought. When I first moved to Boston, I went out with my friend and we found a plant store. I saw this plant and loved the purple leaves so I bought it and brought it home. A few weeks later I had accidentally knocked it over and a bunch of the stems broke off. I spent the next few months attempting to nurse it back to health. I went down to one stem. Finally, at the end of winter new growth was starting to come back! A few weeks later it died. I was going to grab breakfast with a friend and as I was throwing on my jacket, the sleeve hit the stem and broke it off. There was no chance of survival after that.
